Colyer Commercial have let units 1-3 Howards Nursery, totaling 5,724 Sq FT, to two tenants on new leases. The client subdivided the units and they were pleased to have found two new tenants . The new building “The Telegraph” has been constructed and was also let on a new lease following the completion of the works. Tim Shepherd commented “The demand for modern industrial units in the area remains very strong and strong rents are being achieved”.
