Colyer Commercial have let the double unit at 8a & 8b Reliance Works, New Pound to Milestone Classic Cars. The unit of approximately 4,000 sq ft was substantially re-build and refurbished by the developer.
This transaction follows the sale of the adjoining unit to Walkers Autotech who are another motor car related user. Walkers Autotech occupied this building whilst their new head quarters building was completed. Colyer Commercial acted jointly with Stiles Harold Williams on behalf of the landlord.
